**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast / transformer inside the display case. When installing you should use a licensed electrician / installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole as we feel its best for the installer to decide the best exit point for power supply).
We offer THREE LED Lighting Options as detailed below;
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
TWO LONGER SIDES
For this option we place an LED strip light along the 2 longer sides of the interior display case. The light will shine from 2 sides of the interior case, bringing more highlighting to the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.

Window Viewing Area 20" x 20"
This Eco-Design Free Standing Outdoor Message Board with Posts has a viewable window to display 20x20 printed messages, posters, signs, and other graphics. If you have a business or organization, you can present a single printed poster up to 20 x 20 inches or smaller printed notices to fill the space.
Standing Tall for More Outdoor Visibility
With its weather-resistant enclosed bulletin board display case construction and standing on two 10-foot leg posts, this 20x20 Outdoor Message Center is ideal for numerous exterior locations.
When installing the two faux wood 120"x4"x4" posts, mount them in-ground to keep it sound and sturdy. The single-door cabinet is delivered fully assembled. Bolt the posts into pre-drilled holes on the sides of the Enclosed Display Cabinet (bolts included). Once completed, the standing outdoor message center is at an ideal viewing height to get people's attention.
Posts should be secured at least 3 feet into the ground for proper support. If installing onto a hard surface like concrete, mounting a boot on the post bottom is required.

Lockable and Protective Cabinet Features
The 20" x 20" outdoor enclosed bulletin board single-door cabinet features a solid continuous left-sided hinge allowing the outdoor information board to open and close with ease. The display case is designed with a Front-Facing CAM Lock (with 2 Keys). A Shatter-Resistant Clear Acrylic Window helps to protect the info display board from damage caused by vandalism, harsh weather conditions, or accidental impact.
Bottom cabinet weep holes is designed to drain any water that might collect inside the cabinet. This also helps to prevent condensation and keeps the display board dry and in good condition. The weep holes are discreetly located at the bottom of the cabinet and are not easily visible from the outside.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
