Classic Posts FAQ'S

1. How do I determine the proper rope length to order?
Choose a post model.  Then be sure not to exceed the maximum recommended rope length indicated on each post. When designing a queuing system, it is helpful to buy ropes in 3' and 6' lengths.  This will provide you with maximum flexibility if you ever need to reconfigure your equipment. When correctly measured and installed, the center of the rope between the post should be a minimum of 24" from the floor.  If the rope is too long, or the post too close together, the rope will be too close to the floor may present a tripping hazard.  If the rope, is too short or the post too far a part, the rope will be too taught, and slight pressure on the rope will make the ropes less stable.
