Our Extreme WeatherPlus™ Add-ons are an upgrade from our standard cases we've sold for 30+ years. While we still sell our vast selection of styles and sizes without the enhancements below, some extreme locations require these upgrades to best accommodate their local weather challenges. Below are the upgrades we include;
- Drip-Edge Roof
The thin aluminum roof provided, has a slight bend at the end, to help mitigate water from entering any possible exposure through the door or hinges when closed. The roof provided comes with a high bond adhesive tape to install onto the top of the metal cabinet. When mounting and installing the WeatherPlus™ case, you can decide if you want to add the protective roof, or leave it off. You can always install it at a later date or remove it altogether after initial installation. - Rubber Gaskets
One of the bigger enhancements is the installed rubber gaskets placed on the inside perimeter of the door cavity. Though not water-proof or 100% water-tight, it greatly mitigates water from entering the case. - Side Vents
Placed on both sides of the case are Fin Style Vents. This allows the upper portion of the case to release any condensation build up, and allow for air flow to properly assist in providing a clear viewing of the contents inside. - Additional Weep Holes
In addition to the side Fin Vents, we also provide a total of 4 weep holes at the bottom of the case, which allows for any condensation or possible water build up, to release with ease. The bottom holes are positioned slightly in-front of the backer board and then behind it, for maximum breathability.

This durable, outdoor, weather-resistant message board is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions while effectively conveying external information. The free-standing SwingCase Extreme WeatherPlus™ Letter Board with posts and a message header is built to protect your message and ensure its visibility, whether it's for students, customers, employees, or passersby. It features a NuGroove letter board with changeable plastic letters, making it easy to update your message.

The message header above the single door is specifically designed to grab the attention of people walking by. It has a 5-inch panel where you can showcase your logo, company name, church name, school name, organization name, team name, product name, event name, or any other message you want to convey. If the message is entirely text-based, it's advisable to keep it short and simple for easy and quick reading.
It's Your Personalized Header Text Message to Create. We'll Print it Free!
Our message header panel allows up to 3 inches in height, with uppercase Black Helvetica Font. However, if you prefer to leave the panel blank and print the message yourself or have a local sign shop do it, that option is available, too. The cabinet header is easy to insert. Additionally, we offer the option to upload a black-and-white or color logo, a graphic image, or a different font style for an added cost. Free Standing Outdoor Message Center on 8 ft Metal Posts
The Single Door Display Case arrives fully assembled. Just bolt the two pre-drilled, 8 ft. Aluminum Posts to the sides of the 3 1/8" deep exterior enclosed bulletin board cabinet. It's important to secure the 2"x2"x96" posts at least 3 ft. in-ground to create a sturdy free-standing display case.
Secure and Durable Weather-Resistant Letter Board Display Case
The aluminum letter board cabinet and posts are designed for outdoor use. It is built to withstand the typical everyday outside elements and the weather that constantly changes and, at times, is much harsher than in previous years.
The cabinet door has a full-length, solid, continuous hinge. It's front-locked with a CAM Lock that comes with keys for added security. The door also has break-resistant clear acrylic windows which help prevent unwanted entries from anyone trying to alter the message.
The cabinet's aluminum backing has a moisture-blocking silicone sealant, keeping the damp weather from creeping in. The bottom of the cabinet has Weep Holes that help expel water and vents to reduce and dissipate condensation buildup. These design features contribute to an outdoor letterboard display case that stands up to various external challenges.
Not The Typical Grooved Letterboard
Our Extreme WeatherPlus™ Outdoor Letter Board displays now feature the latest NuGroove synthetic material, designed and tested to withstand harsh weather conditions and last longer than traditional felt or vinyl letterboards.
The NuGroove letter board is an excellent choice for outdoor messaging as it is durable and long-lasting. It resists fading, discoloration, and wear and tear over time. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture and mildew, ensuring it remains in excellent condition even in wet or humid conditions. The NuGroove Letter Board Panel is a reliable solution that keeps the letters and characters on your letter board securely in place.
Please Note: Unlike our traditional enclosed letter board display cases, the NuGroove letterboard panel is fixed into the letter board cabinet and cannot be removed.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.

For commercial locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home or business.
Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into Lead Time to Ship and Shipping Time.
Lead Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from us or our vendors.The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping Time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your building, office or home. The shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose. Typically standard freight ground service will take up to 7-10 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending where the order is being shipped from and where it's shipping to.
